Sushi Track Questions

We've come across some frequent questions our customers are asking and thought that a blog post would be the best way to clear up any confusion. So here we go!

1. Why do you only run the sushi track at certain times?

Well, sushi stays fresh for only 3-4 hours at most so limiting the time the track is ran guarantees that everything on the track is still fresh and safe to eat! Our customers are extremely important to us and we want to make sure they have the best possible experience they can when they are with us.

2. The tempura is cold, can I have a fresh order?

Let's Talk Sushi

As you may have seen recently, we have reopened our sushi track! Now it's time to clarify some things. The track plates are $2.10 a piece. We run it Monday-Saturday from 11-2:30 and 5-8:30. The chef will stop adding any new plates 30 minutes prior to the track closing, this is to preserve ingredients and guarantee freshness. All of our sushi is made in house. If there is something you loved but want more, just order it fresh-to-order from our menu!

Of course while the track is running you can still order anything straight off of our menu! Everything ordered is made fresh, and the wait is worth it. We refuse to serve anything that we ourselves would not eat, and we prefer our food hot (except for our sushi of course). Which is why you must expect a wait time after ordering off the menu.
